Terms & Conditions
The terms governing purchases and use of this website.
Last updated: 6 November 2026
These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them before you buy.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Globalgood Publishing Corporation, a company registered in the United States at [TO BE CONFIRMED]. Globalgood Publishing Corporation is a publishing company and is separate from Globalgood Corporation, the nonprofit educational organization.
Our books
We publish educational and reference works. Printed editions are produced to order by a print-on-demand partner and shipped directly to you. Digital editions are delivered by email as a download link.
We describe our books as accurately as we can, including page counts, formats and ISBNs. Cover images and page samples are illustrative, and minor variation in colour or trim is normal in print-on-demand production.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because a title is withdrawn or an address cannot be served by our delivery partner, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Printed editions go into production after a short delay following your order. Once production has begun an order can no longer be changed or cancelled, because each copy is printed individually for you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in United States dollars and exclude delivery, which is calculated at checkout. Prices may change, but a change will never affect an order already confirmed.
Payment is taken in full at checkout. Your payment is handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your card details. If your payment is declined, your order will not proceed.
Customs duties, import taxes and handling fees on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price or the delivery charge.
Delivery
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates given by our delivery partner and are not guarantees. They begin when the book has been printed, not when the order is placed. Printed books are not dispatched instantly because they do not exist until your order is placed.
Risk in a printed book passes to you on delivery.
Digital editions
A download link is sent to the email address given at checkout once payment has cleared. Digital editions are licensed to you for your own personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, upload or share the file.
Because a digital edition is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, you agree that your right to cancel a digital purchase ends once the download link has been sent.
Returns and refunds
Printed books are made individually to order, so we cannot accept returns simply because you have changed your mind.
We will replace or refund any book that arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect. Tell us within 30 days of delivery, through our contact page, with your order number and a photograph of the problem. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory right you have that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Using this website
You may read, print and quote from this website for your own study and research, with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, scrape it, resell its contents, or use it in a way that interferes with its operation or with other readers’ use of it.
Nothing here is advice
Our books and this website are educational and reference works on monetary law, history and economics. They are not financial, legal, investment, tax or debt advice, and we do not provide any such advice or service. Nothing we publish should be acted on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who knows your circumstances.
Our liability
We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Otherwise, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from decisions taken on the basis of anything we publish.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [TO BE CONFIRMED], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that you may bring proceedings in the courts of your own country of residence if the law of that country gives you that right.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
